Little Cherry Smock accepts returns within 2 weeks of delivery. Please note that orders are not eligible for returns after 2 weeks. Additionally, we will refuse any returns that have not been communicated to us in advance.

How to request a return? 

You need to contact us for proof of purchase. Please send an email to us with clear pictures to show the issue. If we do not get any feedback about the defective items within 14 days, all items are presumed to be perfect.

Return processing

After receiving your return request, we will consider the cause. For all defects from the manufacturer, we will apply 1 of 2 solutions as follows:

1. Discount

For all minor defects, we will offer a discount but will be less than 20%.

For all major defects, we offer two solutions, either replacing or refunding.

2.1. Replace

After receiving the returned products, we will double-check, re-make the products, and ship them back to you as quickly as possible.

Replacements will be shipped to you at no cost to products and shipping costs.

2.2. Refund

Once we receive the item, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.

Condition for returns

The returned item needs to be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you first received it.

Return items need to be in their original packaging.

Shipping Cost

Please kindly note that You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our customer care team works between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday in the Vietnam time zone (GMT+7). We do not work on holidays. Therefore, in some cases, your request may be processed slowly, hope you understand!
